发泡混凝土特性

发泡混凝土(又名泡沫混凝土或轻质混凝土),发泡混凝土是通过发泡机的发泡系统将发泡剂用机械方式充分发泡,并将泡沫与水泥浆均匀混合,然后经过发泡机的泵送系统进行现浇施工或模具成型,经自然养护所形成的一种含有大量封闭气孔的新型轻质保温材料;发泡混凝土是以发泡剂、水泥、粉煤灰等搅拌成有机胶结料的双套连续结构的聚合物、内含均匀气孔;发泡混凝土是用于屋面保温、地面保温垫层,墙体浇注等。将泡沫混凝土作为建筑节能材料,其较高的性价比在同等节能材料中具有十分广阔的市场和利润空间。


Properties of Cellular Concrete

Cellular concrete (also known as foam concrete or lightweight concrete).Cellular concrete is a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material with a large number of closed pores formed by natural curing as the foaming agent is fully foamed by mechanical means by the foaming system of the foaming machine, and the foam is uniformly mixed with the cement slurry, and then cast-in-place construction or mold forming is carried out by the pumping system of the foaming machine; the cellular concrete is a polymer with double-layer continuous structure, which is an organic binder stirred with foaming agent, cement, fly ash, etc., containing uniform pores; the cellular concrete is used for roof insulation, floor insulation cushion, wall casting and the like. Cellular concrete is used as a building energy-saving material, and its high cost performance has a very broad market and profit margin among the similar energy-saving materials as a building energy-saving material.


发泡混凝土优势与特性

保温性发泡混凝土导热系数为0.06-0.28W/(M.K),热阻约为普通混凝土的10-20 倍。

轻质性干体积密度为300-1600KG/M3,相当于普通水泥混凝土的1/5~1/8 左右,可减轻建筑物整体荷载。

整体性发泡混凝土现场浇注施工,与主体工程结合紧密,不需留界隔缝和透气管。

低弹减震性发泡混凝土的多孔性使其具有低的弹性模量,从而使其对冲击载荷具有良好的吸收和分散作用。

隔音性发泡混凝土中含有大量的独立气泡,且分布均匀,吸音能力为0.09-0.19%,是普通混凝土的5 倍,具备有效隔音的功能。

抗压性抗压强度为0.6-25.0MPA。

耐水性发泡混凝土吸水性较小,相对独立的封闭气泡及良好的整体性,使其具有一定的防水性能。

耐久性发泡混凝土与主体工程寿命相同。

施工简单只需使用水泥发泡机可实现自动化作业,可实现垂直高度200 米的远距离输送,工作量为150-300M3/工作日。

环保性发泡混凝土所需原料为水泥和发泡剂,发泡剂为中性,不含苯、甲醛等有害物质,避免了环境污染和消防隐患。

经济性建筑施工期短、综合造价低。


Advantages and characteristics of cellular concrete

Insulation: The thermal conductivity of cellular concrete is 0.06-0.28W/(M.K), and the thermal resistance is about 10-20 times that of ordinary concrete.

Lightweight: Dry bulk density is 300-1600KG/M3, which is equivalent to 1/5~1/8 of ordinary cement concrete, and which can reduce the overall load of buildings.

Integral: Cellular concrete for on-site pouring construction, closely combined with the main project, no need to leave separation gap and vent pipe.

Low-elastic shock-absorbing: The porosity of cellular concrete gives it a modulus of low elasticity, which allows it to absorb and disperse impact loads.

Sound-insulating: Cellular concrete contains a large number of independent bubbles evenly distributed. The sound-absorbing capacity is 0.09-0.19%, which is 5 times that of ordinary concrete. It has the function of effective sound insulation.

Compressive strength: The compressive strength is 0.6-25.0 MPA.

Water-resistance: Cellular concrete has low water absorption, relatively independent closed pores and good integrity, which makes it have certain water-proof properties.

Durability: Cellular concrete has the same life as the main project.

Simple construction: It is possible to achieve automatic operation with a cement foaming machine, and it can realize long-distance transportation with a vertical height of 200 meters, and the workload is 150-300m3/working day.

Environmental friendliness: The raw materials required for cellular concrete are cement and foaming agent. The foaming agent is neutral and contains no harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde, which avoids environmental pollution and fire hazards.

发泡混凝土应用范围

1. 保温墙体发泡混凝土是用于屋面保温、地面保温垫层,墙体浇注等。将泡沫混凝土作为建筑节能材料,其较高的性价比在同等节能材料中具有十分广阔的市场和利润空间。

2.修建挡土墙发泡混凝土可应用于港口的岩墙,在岸墙后用作轻质回填材料可降低垂直截荷,也减少了对岸墙的侧向载荷。

3.修建运动场和田径跑道使用排水能力强的可渗性发泡混凝土作为轻质基础,上面覆以砾石或人造草皮,作为运动场用。

4.夹芯构件在预制钢筋混凝土构件中可采用发泡混凝土作为内芯,使其具有轻质高强隔热的良好性能。

5.管线回填地下废弃的油柜、管线(内装粗油、化学品)、污水管及其他空穴容易导致火灾或塌方,采用发泡混凝土回填可解决这些后患,并可降低工程造价。

6.贫混凝土填层由于使用可弯曲的软管,发泡混凝土具有很大的工作度及适应性,因此它经常用于贫混凝土填层。

7.屋面边坡发泡混凝土用于屋面边坡,具有重量轻、施工速度快、价格低廉等优点。

8.其它用途发泡混凝土也可用于防火墙的绝缘填充,隔声楼面填充、铁路基面及隧道衬管回填以及供电、水管线的隔离等方面。


Application range of cellular concrete

3. Construction of sports grounds and track and field runways: The permeable cellular concrete with high drainage capacity can be used as a lightweight foundation covered with gravel or artificial turf for use as a sports field.

4. Sandwich components: In the prefabricated reinforced concrete members, cellular concrete can be used as the inner core, which makes it have good performance of light weight and high heat insulation.

5. Pipeline backfill: Underground waste oil tanks, pipelines (with crude oil, chemicals),sewage pipes and other holes can easily lead to fire or landslides. Cellular concrete backfilling can solve these problems and reduce the construction cost.

6. Lean concrete filling: Because of the use of flexible hoses, cellular concrete has great workability and adaptability, so it is often used in lean concrete filling.

7. Roof slope: Cellular concrete is used for roof slopes, which has the advantages of light weight, fast construction speed and low price.

8. Other uses: Cellular concrete can also be used for insulation filling of firewalls,soundproof floor filling, railway base and tunnel backfilling, and isolation of power supply and water pipelines.

轻钢网模/发泡混凝土现浇复合墙体是以轻钢构架(钢构+龙骨)替代传统钢筋骨架,钢制网模替代传统模板,钢结构及网模由工厂流水线完成,现场组装成围闭系统后,在围闭空腔内直接浇注轻质保温泡沫混凝土,一次性完成房屋主体结构。

轻钢网模/发泡混凝土现浇复合墙体主要优势

防火性现浇轻质复合墙体200mm 厚在1000 摄氏度的高温下的耐火极限超过4 小时,不燃性能达到国家A 级标准。

抗震性整个墙体用轻钢结构+龙骨镶嵌+钢制网膜连接后浇注成型,紧密结合形成一个实心多约束结构墙体,抗冲击性能是一般砌体的1.5 倍,抗震设防烈度9 度及9 度以下。

抗压强度现浇轻质复合墙体由于主要组分是水泥基材料,当水泥强度完全上来后,抗压强度达到5Mpa。

保温隔热性现浇轻质复合墙体的传热系数仅为0.6- 0.9W/㎡•K 能满足自保温墙体的要求。

隔声性现浇轻质复合墙分室隔墙116mm 厚空气声计权隔声量达到45 分贝,156mm 厚分户隔墙空气声计权隔声量达到50 分贝。
